1. Who we are

Ravens AI Technologies, trading as Ravens AI Academy Press, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at ravenstoreglobal@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

• Account data — name, email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account and to give you access to your library. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase and entitlement data — the titles you bought, order references, membership status and periods, used to deliver your downloads and support your purchase. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Support messages — the content of enquiries you send us, used to answer them. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and technical data — device identifiers, IP address, pages viewed and basic telemetry, used for security, fraud prevention and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — where you opt in, your email address is used to tell you about new titles. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us — they are handled directly by our payment provider.

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers and subprocessors that host our site, database and authentication.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms.
• Authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required by tax and accounting law. Support and usage data is kept for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent. Email ravenstoreglobal@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database restrictions so that customers can only access their own records.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to process checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
