How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund. You can also email us at ravenstoreglobal@gmail.com and we will raise it with Paddle on your behalf.
Memberships
You can cancel an All-Access membership at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and are not billed again. A cancellation within the first 30 days of a new billing term is eligible for a full refund of that term.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
