1. Who you are contracting with

This website and the ebooks offered on it are provided by Ravens AI Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Ravens AI Academy Press. By browsing, purchasing or downloading from this site you enter into an agreement with us on these terms.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase you confirm that you accept these terms, that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and that where you are buying on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide

We sell digital publications delivered as downloadable PDF files and an optional All-Access membership granting access to the full catalogue for the duration of the subscription. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. Licence and restrictions

Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the publication for your own professional or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, upload to file-sharing or training corpora, publicly post, or reproduce substantial portions of any publication without our written consent. Membership access ends when the subscription ends; files already downloaded remain licensed on the same terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content, frameworks (including AAIF and AERMF), text, diagrams, branding and software on this site remain our property or that of our licensors. No ownership transfers to you at any point.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with its security by introducing malware, probing, scraping or attempting unauthorised access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information.

7. Accuracy and professional advice

Our publications are educational and general in nature. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, audit or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgement in your own jurisdiction and context. Any decisions you take remain your responsibility.

8. Service level and warranties

We aim to keep the site available and downloads working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payment, billing and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Memberships renew automatically each period until cancelled.

10. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to access membership content ends; you may request an export of your purchase records.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

14. General

We may update these terms; the version published here governs your use. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to its courts.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms: ravenstoreglobal@gmail.com. Billing, invoices and refunds are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
